The studio comes complete with 4K cameras, video switchers, lighting, audio equipment and the expert staff for a successful event. We have customizable backdrops including green screen and a selection of furniture to complete the package. We have a wide range of capabilities including:

Designing and executing a virtual event live or recorded can be challenging, but there are several ways to keep your audience engaged so your message is not lost. This can be achieved by having live Q&A sessions, open chats, polling, etc. We recommend frequent breaks and during those times you can include trivia, fun facts and even short commercials. This will enhance the event and encourage participation from your audience.
Video Conference Center
Our new video conferencing center is the perfect place to have your smaller meetings. The system includes dual monitors allowing the presentation on one screen and the remote participants on another. This feature is a great solution for presenting your information to the local and remote audiences simultaneously. Our system also allows for switching multiple laptops via a remote control for a clean transition between the presenters. This eliminates the need for laptop sharing and the repositioning of people. The in-room microphones have the ability to be easily muted for confidential discussions during the presentation. Our system is compatible with most video conference software including: Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex and most other professional streaming software. This feature rich system is perfect for your most important meetings.
